All orders are processed within [3-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are proud to offer FREE Standard International Shipping on all orders regardless of order value.
We utilize international small packet services for reliable delivery from our facility in China to the United States.
Important Notes:
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
The estimated delivery time includes the international transit period, but does not account for potential delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within [1-3] business days.
Please note that tracking information may not update immediately, and it may take several days for the tracking status to appear on the tracking website as the package moves through international transit.
You will not be charged any import duties or customs taxes.
Venture Craft is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We ship all orders on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning we handle the costs, duties, and risks involved in transporting the goods until they reach the customer.
The price you pay at checkout is the final price; there will be no surprise fees upon delivery.
Damages: Venture Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost/Stolen: If tracking confirms delivery, but you claim you have not received your package, we recommend contacting your local postal service and filing a police report. If the package is clearly lost during transit (tracking has not updated for 30+ days), please contact us so we can discuss a replacement or refund.
