Are your items handmade?

Yes, many of our pieces are handcrafted or semi-handcrafted by skilled artisans. Products such as wool felt items are all handcrafted from pure wool. Jewelry products are generally polished and assembled manually, while other decor products are usually hand-painted and surface-polished by craftsmen.

How do I care for my jewelry/decor items?

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend keeping them away from direct moisture, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. For our jewelry product, a soft cloth can be used for polishing. For wood felt decor, please spot clean gently and avoid machine washing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway to ensure your information is safe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us at [Sherman@theventurecraft.com] within [12 or 24] hours of placing your order. Once the package has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify it.

Where do you ship to?

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within [30] days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. What if my item arrives damaged?
